2008 Annual Locke Street Festival

Saturday, September 6th, 2008
starting at 10:00am.

Locke Street Festival is an annual event presented by the Locke Street Merchants. Locke Street is closed from Main through Herkimer, with vendor stalls, BBQ, Bavarian Garden, live musical entertainment, and everything you need for a day of family fun. This year's festival will be held on September 6th, starting at 10:00am. The majority of stalls are open until 4:00 pm with entertainment until 11:00 pm.

If you are interested in being a vendor at the festival you can download the application or send the festival vendor committee an email with your name and address requesting an application.

Festival entertainment is organized by the The Locke Street Festival Committee and is dedicated to promoting local artists and entertainers. Entertainers who would like to take part in the festival can e-mail the festival entertainment committee for further information.

 

2007 Annual Locke Street Festival

Thanks again to the Locke Street merchants for organizing another sucessful street festival in our neighbourhood. And thanks to the crowds who came out to enjoy the day. The 9th Annual Locke Street Festival was held on Saturday September 6th, 2008.

2006 Annual Locke Street Festival

Saturday, September 9th, 2006

The 7th Annual Locke Street Festival was held on Saturday September 9th, 2006. Local Merchants, guest vendors, entertainers, neigbhours and visitors helped to confirm the annual event as a guaranteed good time. The West Town Bar and Grill and The Locke Street Festival Committee presented great local artists and entertainers for everyone's enjoyment.

Thanks to the committee for their hard work!


2005 Annual Locke Street Festival

The 6th Annual Locke Street Festival took place on Saturday, September 10th, 2005. Sunshine, entertainment, vendors and a ton of people from this community and well beyond helped to make this an extremely successful event.

A big thank you on behalf of the merchants, vendors and community groups to all who came out to our annual get-together. Once again the weather was perfect and the faces were smiling.

If you did miss the Locke Street Business Association's first annual Street Festival last year you missed 60 Locke Street merchants and many vendors, a charity BBQ, The Kid Zone, Mini Car Cruise, Millennium Fashion Show, Bavarian Garden, live musical entertainment, food vendors, balloons and face painting for the kids, a historical tour of locke south and so much more. 2000 Locke Street Festival

The first annual Locke Street Festival took place Saturday September 9th, 2000. We had approximately 60 Locke Street Merchants, many vendors displaying their various wares and creations, and over 60 volunteers make this one day festival a smashing success. Read more about the 2000 Festival.
