New Salon on Locke

22 November 2000: After five and a half years on King Street
East, Kasha has moved to Locke Street South.
When owner Tim Corbert looked to move his salon to the west end
he considered both Locke South and Westdale. But it was his customers
who persuaded him to settle down at 258 Locke Street South after
customer-polling showed a strong preference.
Renovations are now nearing completion on the new home of Kasha
and the salon officially moved in on October 4. The salon occupies
the front portion of the renovated building, while a wellness centre
including massage therapy and counseling services have offices in
the rear which are accessible from the parking lot.
Kasha offers hair and make up services and aesthetics are on the
way. Each hair styling starts with a stress relieving treatment
and is followed up with make up touch up for women and a facial
for men.
